The Repair Technician will be responsible for completing repairs at designated or requested locations within their market area.

Developing working relationships with internal In Transit Repair teams, vendors as well as location personnel is key to being successful in this role. Exceptional customer service is paramount for the ITR Department as a whole.

The ability to perform light mechanical work as directed and driven by customer requirements, lifting to 75 lbs, becoming proficient in using Smartsheet to organize and complete claims as well as adding proper documentation and parts management are all key components of this role. The ability to work independently, manage work schedule, efficiently prioritize responsibilities, and make good decisions.

Taking responsibility for open claims within your market and all aspects of processes and safety procedures to ensure successful completions.

**The following responsibilities will be adjusted as system updates and customer requirements may change.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide on-site repairs of vehicles on a mobile basis.

· Proper use of PPE and adherence to location requirements while on site

· Proper use of the Workday system to clock in and out during assigned shift

· Working within assigned business hours. Approval required for any hours worked outside of business hours.

· Attending Microsoft Teams meetings you are invited to.

· Compliance with PTO process

· Responding to internal requests or questions within the same business day

· Using Smartsheet in the instructed manner to process, correctly document per customer requirements and complete claims

· Referring to Process Documents, or seeking management assistance for any situations or repairs that are unclear.

· Maintaining equipment including:

o Battery recharge and testing equipment.

o Tire changing equipment (jack stands, tools, jack(s)

o Company vehicle, including scheduled maintenance.

o Software and firmware updates for programming equipment

· Notifying management of any repair issues with company vehicles or equipment.

· Notifying management immediately if a company vehicle is involved in an accident or otherwise damaged.

· Maintaining open lines of communication with management regarding daily tasks and scheduling

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$20.00 - $22.00
