Dent Wizard is known for the quality and depth of the training we provide our Techs. Our programs are the gold standard in the industry, and we’re always looking for new ways to help our employees grow and advance.
Onsite Training in St. Louis
For our PDR, Wheel and Interior Techs, we offer paid onsite training at facilities located within our regions.
We pay for your training, provide a salary as you train and cover travel and lodging.
You'll learn from master technicians, with 20+ years of experience.
On-the-job training
Other roles, such as Paint and Key Techs, receive excellent on-the-job training with our most experienced Techs. Training for all roles continues in the field as you begin to handle real accounts and build your business. You’ll also have a supportive network of experienced Technicians and your Manager to help you learn the ropes.
How to keep growing
We offer continuing education when new techniques are introduced. We’ll provide opportunities to attend Tech conferences. We’ll provide the latest tools. And we will even encourage you to compete in specialized competitions for your discipline.
Levels of Achievement career path
You’ll start as a Wizard and can progress through four additional Levels of Achievement, based on performance and additional training certifications: Senior Technician, Master Technician, Four-Star Master Technician and Five-Star Master Technician. Each level comes with recognition, bonuses and increased earning potential.
Other ways forward
You may be able to move into different Tech positions or cross-train on multiple roles. For those who seek a management career, you can explore a series of progressive jobs in Field Management.
