Field Support Tech Jobs

Auction Coordinator

With your business mind and service focus, you’ll manage vehicle flow and work quality at an assigned auction. We’ll rely on you to supervise our Paint Techs, Paint Preppers and PDR Techs while building excellent customer relationships.

Detailer

With your attention to detail, you’ll clean out and de-trash the interior of vehicles, do light touch-ups of headlights and wash, buff, wax and detail cars. You’ll enjoy teamwork and being part of our crew as you work to get everything as close to new as possible.

Front Line Management Technician

Providing a premium interior reconditioning and maintenance program to our auto dealership clients, you will clean and maintain the cars on the lot to ensure that they are ready for test drives.

Inspection Tech

As the first step in our process, you will inspect vehicles for interior or exterior damage that our teams can repair and submit detailed reports to the Manager. Good communication and organizational skills and knowledge of detailing are required.

OEM Automotive Technician - Light Mechanical

You will ensure that customer vehicles are transferred and delivered in a safe and timely manner, as well as assess their condition, test batteries, take photos of damage and transport equipment and supplies.

Paint Prepper

Supporting one or more of our Paint Techs, you will wash vehicles, remove imperfections, tape up the cars and smooth and sand rough spots. After painting, you’ll remove the tape, clean the vehicle and prepare it for buffing.

Porter/Driver

You’ll pick up and deliver vehicles from various locations in a safe and efficient manner, as well as take on some miscellaneous jobs like unloading wheels and jacking cars onto stands. A great driving record and focus on safety are essential.

Remove & Install Tech

Your job is to review work orders and remove assigned parts from vehicles, then reassemble once the work is complete. You might also help with correcting pain defects and cleaning interiors and exteriors.

Service Writer

Providing outstanding service, you will answer phones, write estimates and schedule appointments. We’ll rely on you for ongoing communication with customers, delivery of vehicle and paperwork, as well as invoices and reports.

Wet Sand and Buff Tech

As part of our paint team, you’ll use your skills in wet sanding, buffing, detailing and repairing paint chips to restore vehicles to a perfect state. You’ll learn from our Paint Techs and find ways to grow every day.

Field Management Career Path

We have a number of progressive roles on our Management track, many of them filled internally as team members grow and advance. A large percentage of our Managers and RVPs started out as Technicians with Dent Wizard. In fact, our SVP of Operations is a Master Certified PDR Tech.

Account Manager

Our entry-level position in Sales and Operations, the Account Manager oversees daily operations, manages relationships and grows existing accounts in an assigned territory.

Area Manager

The Area Manager maintains existing accounts and prospects for new accounts in an assigned territory, oversees daily operations and supervises Technicians.

Market Manager

The Market Manager oversees a geographic area between $1.5 and $4 million in revenue, growing the business and supervising service delivery for auctions, new and used car dealers, car rental companies or fixed sites.

Auction Manager

The Auction Manager is responsible for the vehicle flow and quality for auction customers, as well as supervising technicians, building customer relationships and developing and implementing business plans.

District Manager

Generally promoted from within, District Managers oversee a region with annual revenues of $3–6 million. Duties include operations, business development and employee management and retention.

Regional Customer Development Director

The RCDD is responsible for increasing revenue and market penetration in the dealer and rental channel within their territory by developing and implementing business development solutions.

Regional Vice President

The RVP oversees a team of District Managers and the Regional Business Development Manager, taking full responsibility for the growth and strategic direction of an assigned territory.

Evolution, Dent Wizard’s Finance & Insurance division, offers vehicle protection that covers road hazards, tire and wheel repair, dent repair, key replacement and paint protection

Customer Care Representative

You will answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints and schedule service appointments. We are looking for someone who can work with others to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to continuous improvement.

Customer Care/Claims Supervisor

Leveraging your strong leadership skills, you will provide feedback, motivation and guidance to customer care representatives, helping them achieve success. You will also work to improve systems and processes.

Program Administrator

Serving as business expert for our contract management applications, you will manage data on various platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce and SCS), review and report product pricing, and train users in electronic selling.

Regional Business Development Manager

Traveling extensively (70%), you will focus primarily on growing new business and increasing overall market penetration for our Evolution Finance & Insurance products. Strong relationship building skills are essential.

Account Manager

Utilizing your strong customer relationship management skills, you will be responsible for new and existing account development and management, store implementations and ongoing support and training for dealers and agent partners.

District Manager

Working within an assigned district area, you will be responsible for new and existing account development and management, store implementations and ongoing product support and training to both dealers and agent partners.

Regional Vice President

The RVP oversees a team of District Managers and the Regional Business Development Manager, taking full responsibility for the growth and strategic direction of an assigned territory.
