Job Title: Fixed Operations Manager

Location: Miami, FL.

Reporting To: District Manager

Job Description:

We're looking for a Fixed Operations Manager to join our team! This role is all about growing, managing, and making the most of our locations, which could include auctions, dealers, rentals, or fixed sites in your area. You'll be overseeing PDR, Paint, Wheel, Interior, InFleet/DeFleet operations and technicians, while keeping things running smoothly for our customers.

What You'll Do:

Daily/Weekly Operations:

• Find and take advantage of growth opportunities within your locations, including new, pre-owned, and service departments.
• Build relationships and seek out new business opportunities.
• Make sure we're following all company policies and laws to keep everyone safe and happy.
• Check in with your locations regularly to maximize opportunities.
• Conduct quality control checks on repairs and follow up on any needed fixes.
• Keep track of paint supplies, control waste, and ensure we have enough stock.
• Communicate with the DM/ROD about any important situations or opportunities.
• Prepare reports for the DM/ROD on technician performance and accounts.
• Work with the Hail Department to prepare hail estimates as needed.

Training:

• Help new hires get settled in with orientation.
• Hold monthly meetings to share tips and feedback on sales tools and performance skills.
• Make sure technicians get the support they need to improve their skills.
• Schedule advanced training and cross-training for technicians.
• Keep learning and developing your own skills to stay ahead of the market.

People Management:

• Be a Team Leader and mentor to Technicians, staying in touch daily.
• Address any performance issues proactively.
• Work with DM/ROD/RVP to ensure we have the right staffing levels.
• Conduct performance reviews to help employees improve and reach their goals.
• Promote company direction and hold monthly technician meetings.

Customer Relations:

• Educate management/service writers about our PDR, paint repair processes, and other services.
• Keep DW supplies, tents, vehicles, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Visit your locations weekly to build relationships with decision-makers.
• Promote our reconditioning services positively.
• Conduct regular reviews with customers and departments.

What We're Looking For:

• Great communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and lead others.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Paint, body shop, PDR, or reconditioning skills are a plus.
• Ability to create and implement processes.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email).
• Proven ability to sell.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
