Fixed Operations Coordinator

Dent Wizard is seeking a full-time Fixed Operations Coordinator to work closely with a large dealer account to ensure proper facilitation of their invoicing processes. Now hiring in Pembroke Pines FL.

Job Responsibilities

  • Invoicing Submission
    • Check all invoices for accurate vehicle information & RO/PO numbers
    • Submit invoices 3 times per day
    • File and retain signed invoice copy
  • PO Request
    • Daily submission of POs request including approval signature and date
    • Follow-up to ensure acceptable turn times and resubmission as needed
  • Reconciliation
    • Cross-check between systems to confirm repair completion and invoice input
    • Monthly review of Dent Wizard statement to confirm that invoice are being paid
  • Additional administrative duties and other tasks as assigned


  • Minimum of 2 years Administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Flexibility in managing a varied and often challenging, quickly changing workload
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, follow directions, and prioritize accordingly
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel

Physical Demands
Regularly required to stand and walk. Must tolerate working outdoors in all elements of the weather. May be exposed to toxic chemicals. Moderate noise levels present.  Protective equipment may be required.
