About Us:
At Dent Wizard, we lead the way in automotive reconditioning services, delivering top-notch solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic District Operations Manager to join our team and help us drive operational excellence across our district.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership / Strategic Initiatives (50%)
- Inspire and Lead: Create a positive and productive work environment that reflects Dent Wizard’s core values.
- Strategize and Execute: Communicate our vision and execute company strategies to achieve district goals.
- Drive Performance: Develop and implement a business strategy focused on the Dealer/Rental business, aiming to exceed revenue and performance targets.
- Optimize Operations: Collaborate with various functions to enhance efficiencies, standardize procedures, and reduce costs.
- Coach and Develop: Foster a culture of coaching and continuous development for your team.
- Manage Resources: Oversee the maintenance of capital equipment and ensure profitable deployment of resources.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain safety and regulatory standards across operations.
- Engage the Team: Lead field town hall communications to keep everyone informed and motivated.
Customer Engagement (20%)
- Partner with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue, customer retention, and deliver five-star service.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with key customers and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Support Initiatives: Coordinate site launches and strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address Concerns: Quickly resolve any customer or operational issues to maintain high service standards.
Staffing (10%)
- Balance and Optimize: Make strategic staffing decisions to balance gross margin and new business capacity.
- Hire and Onboard: Oversee talent selection, hiring, and effective onboarding processes.
- Manage Performance: Ensure leaders effectively manage team performance and drive productivity.
Administration (20%)
- Troubleshoot Issues: Address critical operational challenges promptly.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and health standards.
- Set Goals: Lead goal setting and review processes to align team efforts with company objectives.
- Financial Oversight: Conduct monthly financial reviews and develop plans to meet budget targets.
- Drive Initiatives: Participate in key initiatives and adhere to Dent Wizard’s ethics standards.

Position Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience required.
- 5 years proven operations experience in a similar type of environment.
- Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$105,000.00 - $130,000.00We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
