Available Shifts: 9pm-6am, 6pm-3am, 2pm-10pm. 

Wheel Remanufacturing Technician (No Experience Needed)

New Windsor, NY | $20-$22/Hour

What You'll Do

  • Repair and refinish damaged wheels, including scratches, bends, and corrosion
  • Sand, weld, paint, and restore wheels to OEM standards
  • Use power tools, spray equipment, and wheel balancing machines
  • Inspect finished work for quality and safety

What You Bring

  • Automotive, manufacturing, or hands-on repair experience preferred but not required
  • Comfortable using tools and working independently
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid driver's license

No experience? No problem. Training is provided!

Work Environment

This position is based in a wheel remanufacturing facility with a foundry-like manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable working in:

  • A non-temperature-controlled facility 
  • A loud industrial setting with machinery, grinders, and production equipment in operation
  • A dusty environment where metal particles, paint residue, and other manufacturing materials are present

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment for extended periods

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$20.00 - $22.00/ Hour
